It's finally here! The boys' big day. We've been packing/prepping/getting ready for weeks now, and we're/I'm/They're so excited/ready/happy to get into our new house/place/home. There are three/two/four of us, so there's bound to be chaos/fun/adventure along the way. We've got a long day ahead of us/in store/waiting.
First on the list: loading/getting everything into/stuffing the truck! Hopefully we won't forget anything important. Dad/Mike/The oldest brother is in charge of driving, so fingers my three sons moving crossed he knows where we're going! I'm in charge of making sure everyone stays hydrated/keeping things organized/being the voice of reason, and my brothers are mostly just excited to eat snacks/play video games/get out of this house.
It's definitely going to be a busy day, but I think it's going to be a lot of fun/work/laughter too. Wish us luck!
Packing Up With My Three Sons
It's a chaotic moment packing up the place with three rambunctious sons. There are bins piled everywhere, and my patience is wearing down. One moment they're goofing off, the next they're creating a pile-up. I swear I've told them a hundred times to be careful. But, as always, it's all part of the experience of moving with kids.
We've got a long trip ahead of us, and I'm already dreading the inevitable fights that will erupt. But at the same time, I can't help but feel excited about our new house. It's a fresh chapter for all of us, and I hope we make some wonderful memories along the way.
